TheShmuz.com by Rabbi B. Shafier has become one of the integral part in growing as a person - @ NERC. B"H, Providence even had the z'chus to host Rabbi Shafier this past Elul z'man for a Shabbaton. Usaully the Shmuz is always delivered (weekly) by Rabbi Shafier himself. However, last Chanuka Rabbi Shafier invited the well known speaker, Rabbi Zecharia Wallerstein, to share some words of chizuk.
